By using this website, requesting an estimate, booking services, or communicating with Sharp Tree Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services
Sharp Tree Services provides tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, storm cleanup, and related tree care services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, property access, and safety requirements.

Estimates & Scheduling
All estimates are subject to change based on site conditions, access limitations, unforeseen circumstances, or changes requested by the customer. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure scheduling.

Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sharp Tree Services accepts cash, checks, Zelle, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards. A processing fee may apply to card payments.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping children, pets, vehicles, and valuables clear of the work zone. Customers must disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, septic systems, or other concealed hazards prior to work beginning.

Limitation of Liability
Tree work involves inherent risks. While Sharp Tree Services takes reasonable precautions to minimize damage, we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, underground conditions, weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

All website content, logos, images, and materials are the property of Sharp Tree Services and may not be copied or used without permission.

Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
